How long does your repair service take?

Service times vary based on the type of job. Computer/tablet/phone repair can typically be done in the same day/within an hour once the parts have been acquired. TV mounting, security camera system installation, and smart home setup can take several hours depending on how devices are configured and the size of your home. Consultations are available to help determine the length of your appointment. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and all forms money transfers such as Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and PayPal. 

Where do you source replacement parts?

Parts are ordered from several different vendors from within and outside of the US. Parts are purchased based on reputation and warranty first rather than cost.

Do services come with warranties?

All repairs are covered for 30 days from the time of service, as long as there is no physical damage. All parts have a standard 1 year manufacturer's warranty the covers any defects not caused by the user. WIth some parts, there is an option to purchase an additional warranty through third party companies such as SquareTrade, Asurion, and Allstate.

What does a typical camera system installation include?

A camera system install typically includes wiring of cameras (unless system is wireless), setup and configuration of the DVR, and a limited tutorial of basic operation of the system.
